A leading real estate platform company in Singapore seeks a Property Agent to provide end-to-end brokerage support across residential, retail, and corporate properties. You will work closely with international companies expanding into the region, manage client requirements, and ensure service quality through collaboration. The role offers flexible hybrid work and a competitive salary ranging from S$3,800 to S$8,000 depending on experience and performance.
Property Agent (Full-time, Hybrid Work)
WIPLUS is a real estate platform company that supports global businesses and people to expand and live safely across borders. Our mission is to bring fairness to the world through technology and smiles to people through services.
We provide comprehensive real estate solutions – residential, retail, office and industrial – and act as an outsourced in-house real estate department for our client companies, helping them minimise risks and costs while maximising the value of their properties.
From Singapore, we support companies expanding across ASEAN and South Asia, leveraging data, technology and our proprietary real estate management system “eshub” to visualise opaque markets and deliver fair, transparent transactions.
As a Property Agent at WIPLUS, you will work closely with international and Japanese companies expanding into Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.
You will provide end-to-end brokerage support for corporate housing, retail shops, offices and factories, and collaborate with our teams in other markets to make cross-border, multi-location proposals. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build deep expertise in corporate real estate across ASEAN, not just within Singapore.
Handle brokerage for a wide range of assets:
Residential (expat housing, corporate leases)
Retail (shops, F&B outlets)
Offices and industrial properties (factories, logistics etc.)
Understand clients’ business plans and expansion strategies, and propose suitable locations and properties in Singapore and, together with colleagues, in other ASEAN countries.
Manage the full transaction process:
Understanding requirements, explaining market conditions and local practices
Shortlisting and proposing properties
Arranging and attending viewings (where necessary)
Advising on negotiation strategy and key commercial terms
Coordinating documentation, contract checking and move-in / handover support
Work closely with our Customer Service (CS) team to ensure high-quality after-care during tenancy.
Accurately register and manage property, contract and client information in eshub and other digital tools, contributing to the visualisation of market data and improvement of our services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, developers, partners and referrers to increase deal opportunities and improve negotiation power.
Broad exposure across asset types
Housing, retail, office and industrial – you will gain hands-on experience across multiple categories instead of being limited to one.
Cross-border experience in ASEAN
Work not only on Singapore transactions, but also collaborate with our teams in Malaysia and other ASEAN countries to support clients’ regional strategies.
Tech & AI-enabled work environment
We are investing in automation and digitalisation of agent and CS work through “eshub” and other tools, allowing you to focus more on value-adding client work and less on manual back-office tasks.
Growth and career flexibility
Our organisational design emphasises clear roles, continuous personal growth and the freedom to design your career path across different business areas and countries as we expand.
Hybrid work style
Work in a central Singapore office and from home (hybrid), as long as client work is not affected.
Competitive compensation
Monthly salary range: S$3,800 – S$8,000, depending on experience, skills and performance.
Must-have
Valid Driving Licence (to travel for viewings, inspections, and client meetings) and CEA Real Estate Salesperson licence (only candidates already licensed in Singapore will be considered).
Business-level English (spoken and written) to communicate with corporate clients, landlords and internal teams.
Proven sales experience (any industry) with a strong track record in achieving targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex information in a clear, client-friendly way.
High level of ownership, professionalism and integrity.
Preferred
B2B / corporate sales experience, ideally dealing with decision-makers (CEOs, HQ, regional teams) or in real estate, F&B, retail or other relevant industries.
Experience in real estate brokerage (residential, retail, office or industrial) in Singapore.
Interest in ASEAN markets and cross-border business.
Ability to work with data / simple spreadsheets and adopt new digital tools quickly.
Working hours:
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Depending on client needs, property viewings and move-ins may be scheduled in the evenings or on weekends.
Work arrangement:
Hybrid – office plus home-based.
Work location eligibility:
Only candidates currently in Singapore with a valid CEA licence will be considered.
