Programme Executive – Sports & Community Engagement

Nearest MRT Station: Stadium MRT Station

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to $3,500/month

About the Role
Are you passionate about sports and community engagement? We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Programme Executive. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing exciting sports programmes aimed at engaging seniors and children/youth. You\'ll work with a variety of internal and external partners, including schools and community organizations, to create meaningful experiences that promote active living.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and implement innovative sports programmes for seniors and youth.
• Work closely with external partners (e.g., schools, community organizations) to expand outreach and increase participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise in delivering quality programmes.
• Support the planning and execution of events and activities.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the impact and success of the programmes.
• Ensure smooth coordination and communication with all stakeholders.

• You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.

• A degree in Sport Management, Event Management, or a related field is a plus, but not a requirement.
