- Developing and executing campaign strategies across TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and emerging platforms.
- Advising clients on campaign strategies and recommendations to drive real business results.
- Write scroll-stopping captions, creative scripts, and stories that feel human.
- Represent the Marketing voice during key campaign briefings and pitch presentations.
- Evaluating and optimizing campaign performance.
- Managing and growing key brand accounts.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience,
- Experience running TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and Google Ads is a must; LinkedIn Ads are a bonus
- Can craft compelling copy and build high-converting landing pages.
- Strong analytical skills — able to understand what the numbers say and what to do next
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and eager to take on leadership or strategic ownership
- Agency experience or client-facing experience is a plus
- Knowledge in content creation or production is a bonus
- Bonus: Has experience in beauty, automotive, or F&B verticals
