• Assist engineers in testing server and rack systems.

• Perform run-in, burn-in, power and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support improvement activities.
• Update test documents, work instructions, and master lists.
• Conduct training for production operators and staff.
• Support NPI and mass production stages.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,000
• Fixed Allowance: Up to $200
• Gross Salary: Up to $4,200 including OT hours and Allowances
• Bonuses: AWS + Variable Bonus
• Shift Allowance:
  • Day Shift: $12/day (about $200/month)
  • Night Shift: $24/day (about $380/month)
• Working Hours (4-3-3-4 Shift):
  • 7:00am–7:00pm or 7:00pm–7:00am (can choose)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in testing server and rack systems

• Training provided in AI infrastructure and cloud hardware
• Strong interest in server hardware and data center technology
