Role Summary: Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business functions and the Business Applications Group, playing a critical role in converting business needs into functional and technical deliverables. This role includes leading business analysts, ensuring end-to-end requirement gathering, and aligning technology solutions with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Productivity & Quality

Document detailed and traceable business requirements aligned with project goals.

Facilitate seamless handover to engineering teams for design and development phases.

Gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Lead scope definition and prioritization of business needs with platform and business teams.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, peer reviews, and mentorship for junior team members.

Serve as a point of contact for stakeholder communication and alignment on application functionality.

Leadership

Act as a functional lead for key business applications, guiding technical and business analyst teams.

Mentor junior analysts through coaching, onboarding, and continuous development.

Remain up to date with the latest technologies and practices relevant to application development.

Compliance

Complete all required compliance training and certifications as applicable.

Guide the team in adhering to compliance, security, and operational responsibilities.
