Responsibilities
  • Develop product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for TikTok's age assurance ecosystem, building the foundation for a consistent, age-appropriate experience for users globally.
  • Build quantitative goals and success metrics to evaluate the efficacy of age assurance components and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the product team responsible for age-related features, policies, and operations. Collaborate with Design, Data Science, Engineering, Algo, and Trust and Safety to deliver measurable and compliant outcomes.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring strong user experience, technical robustness, and regulatory compliance across all markets.
  • Identify new regulatory requirements and proactively incorporate them into product strategy and design decisions.

With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in Product Management in Identity, Privacy, Trust & Safety, Privacy, or related product domains.
  • Proven ability to design, evaluate, and optimise age assurance systems. Strong understanding of global age assurance regulatory trends.
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product strategies, balancing compliance needs with user experience and technical feasibility.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset and ability.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across global teams.
  • Passion for youth safety, digital well‑being, and responsible innovation, with a deep sense of ownership for user trust and platform integrity.
