EFAR (Emergencies First Aid and Rescue Pte Ltd) is a trusted and established provider of Ambulance and First Aid services and we are expanding our frontline medical response team. We're looking for passionate, certified Medics and Paramedics to support our Medical Transport and Emergency Ambulance operations in Singapore.
Medical Transport & Emergency Ambulance Services
Role Overview:
- Serve as crew leader for Medical Transport Services (MTS) and Emergency Ambulance Services (EAS).
- Respond to emergency dispatches within specified timeframes.
- Perform patient assessments and apply appropriate medical treatment to stabilize patient’s condition.
- Work alongside the ambulance driver to transport patients safely.
- Provide additional cash incentives for every trip completed in full compliance.
Requirements:
- Certified EMT, Enrolled Nurse or equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency to support operational needs and diverse case environments.
- Strong team player with the ability to operate independently.
- Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an EMT is highly preferred.
Gross Salary: Up to $3,500 (Inclusive of Incentive, allowance & Overtime)

- Work alongside the ambulance driver to transport patients safely.

Requirements:
- Certified EMT, Enrolled Nurse or equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency to support operational needs and diverse case environments.
- Strong team player with the ability to operate independently.
- Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
- Former SCDF Paramedic experience will be highly preferred.
Gross Salary: Up to $4,800 (Inclusive of Incentive, allowance & Overtime)
Chief Instructor (First Aid Training)
Role Overview:
- Lead, oversee, and ensure the excellence of our suite of first aid training programs.
- Serve as the lead authority for all course content, instructional methodologies, and skill evaluations for the following programs: Standard First Aid Course, BCLS Instructor Course, BCLS + AED, Child First Aid, CPR + AED.
- Ensure all training programs strictly adhere to the latest guidelines and accreditation standards set by relevant authorities (e.g., SRFAC).
- Manage course content, instructor assessments, and the maintenance of training records and equipment.
- Bring new expertise to continuously evaluate and increase the current suite of training. Spearhead the initiative to research, design, and launch new, accredited courses that address market gaps and future industry needs.
Requirements:
- Certified Chief Instructor with a full and current Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
- Paramedic experience is valued.
- Must hold valid and recognized certifications as an Instructor for the following: Standard First Aid Course (Chief Instructor), BCLS Instructor Course, BCLS + AED (Chief Instructor), Child First Aid (Chief Instructor), CPR + AED (Chief Instructor).
