Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Quantity Surveyor

• Collaborate with Business Groups to identify sourcing requirements and provide timely procurement support.
• Oversee the work of external consultants, such as M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Manage pre-tender preparations, tender processes, cost evaluations, and contract administration for development and procurement projects.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend Contractors or Suppliers that align with business needs through a structured qualification process.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Track market dynamics, identifying trends that may impact material or service availability and pricing.
• Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms while maintaining contract records.
• Participate in initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E/Quantity Surveying, building, or supply chain-related procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is preferred.

• Location: West
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
