Learning To Learn is an ABA practice dedicated to supporting children with autism and developmental needs through individualized, evidence-based intervention. We specialize inhome-based therapy, delivering support directly at clients' homes to promote learning in natural environments.
The choice of "Learning to Learn" as the name for our ABA practice was a deliberate decision grounded in ourfundamental belief that cultivatingeffective learning behaviors is paramount to achieving success. Recognizing the transformative power of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we wanted a name that not only captured the essence of our mission but also conveyed the broader impact of our interventions. "Learning to Learn" signifies ourcommitment to instilling foundational skills that extend beyond specific behaviors, emphasizing the development of individuals as effective, independent learners.
The Principal Therapist (PT) works directly with clients to implement intervention plans under the supervision of a certified professional (QASP-S or QBA). This role involves supporting individuals with developmental delays and helping them acquire new skills in a structured, compassionate environment. The PT is a senior role and is required to lead the team in program development under the guidance of the Behavior Consultant.
As a Principal Therapist (PT), you will be working with a caseload of 10 to 15 children. Your core responsibility will be to support their behavioral, language, and social development through individualized intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Additionally, you are to lead the team and develop programs and behavior plans under the guidance of the Behavior Consultant.
