  • Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
2. Client & Candidate Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with candidates, providing guidance and follow‑up throughout the hiring process.
  • Support consultants in developing tailored recruitment solutions for different industries.
3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft engaging job postings and social media content.
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and university engagement initiatives to attract future talent.
4. Administrative & Project Support
  • Prepare recruitment reports, candidate summaries, and compliance documents.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team projects to enhance recruitment efficiency.

  • Diverse Exposure: Work across multiple industries, from F&B and tech to professional services and creative sectors.
  • Dynamic Environment: Join a collaborative team that values initiative, learning, and personal growth.
Requirements
