Job Description

• To supervise the bore piling works, verify the ground conditions, and compute individual pile lengths based on available borehole information and confirm the pile founding level for implementation.
• Assist the project manager & deputy project manager in the planning and execution of work in geotechnical aspects.
• Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of piling contractors.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of geotechnical works are carried out.
• Work closely with technical team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work on site.
• Meet the expectations and able to interact, prepare and present to the client and consultant in relation to all geotechnical matters.
• Zone/ area in charge for RC work till project completion.

Job Requirement

• Sound knowledge of soil/rock classification.
• Good knowledge of managing of deep foundation elements and Earth Retaining Stabilising Structure (ERSS) and/or good interpretation and monitoring of instrumentation data.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with Client, consultant, management and with the team members.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
