We are hiring a Lead Tender and Contract Management professional to oversee bidding, contract administration, and supplier relationships for new construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender estimates and manage post‑tender queries and clarifications.
  • Collaborate in project meetings to provide contractual advice and represent the team externally when necessary.
  • Support project teams in administering sub‑contracts, including progress payments, variation orders, and contractual matters.
  • Review, develop, and implement contract administration procedures, systems, and policies in consultation with Management.
  • Liaise with building professionals and client on contractual matters.
  • Supervise contractual claims such as progress payments and variations.
  • Execute subcontracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Recommend award of subcontracts.
  • Advise and assist Management and the Project in any and all commercial and contractual matters.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by determining system improvements and implementing change.
