A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate all architectural works, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. The candidate should have at least 5 years experience, a relevant degree, and knowledge of Singapore Building Codes. Duties include supervising construction and coordinating with various trades. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations.
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessments.
• Familiar with safety aspects in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for the project.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural works carried out by subcontractors at site.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspects.
• Coordinate and liaise with all architectural services and other trades on site.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project timeline and quality standards.
