The role involves coordinating with engineers, managing scheduling and documentation, and ensuring that work progresses as planned. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management and experience with project supervision, procurement, and compliance. Strong skills in engineering tools and software like AutoCAD are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all M&E implementations at site.
• Understand and familiar with the contract requirement and specifications.
• Supervise M&E foreman and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Responsible for project scheduling, planning, and documentation.
• Ensure work progress meets timelines and update progress reports.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants on engineering details.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Superior of M&E foreman and Supervisors and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Responsible for scheduling, planning, project supervision and documentation
• Ensure work progress meets timeline and updating of progress report
• Liase with sub-contractors and consultants on engineering details ahead of site progress
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
