Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor overall project progress, schedules, and timelines.
  • Assist the Project Manager in site coordination and day-to-day project operations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on project documentation, reports, drawings, and approvals.
  • Track materials, manpower deployment, work progress, and site activities.
  • Attend site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and reporting activities to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

Essential Qualifications
