The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction project activities from initiation to completion. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage site operations, including sequential job planning, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure projects meet cost, quality, timeline, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Attend and lead project kick-off meetings, internal project team meetings, and coordination meetings.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, clients’ representatives, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare, review, and submit project documentation, including progress reports, work schedules, and correspondence.
  • Manage site staff and subcontractors’ manpower planning and work schedules.
  • Monitor on-site activities, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, contract specifications, and local regulations.
Job Requirements
