• Measure quantities and compile Bills of Quantities for tender submissions.
• Identify and prepare variation orders for project changes.
• Attend site meetings for financial updates and cost concerns.
• Review and certify progress claims to ensure financial reconciliation.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
