We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation of IT-related initiatives across the organisation. This role involves coordinating projects, providing documentation and training, offering first-level ERP support, and contributing to continuous improvement and HSE compliance efforts.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on IT project implementation activities.
Provide project documentation, user manuals, and training for project rollouts.
Support IT-related projects, including technological analysis, solution implementation, administration, and maintenance.
Assist in ERP-related issues as first-level support (training will be provided).
Travel within the region as required.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives, including hazard/incident identification, risk assessments, and control measures.
Ensure work activities align with HSE policy, objectives, and procedures, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Perform additional duties as reasonably required in support of business operations.
Knowledge and Skills:
ERP support experience is an advantage (training will be provided).
Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
