We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation of IT-related initiatives across the organisation. This role involves coordinating projects, providing documentation and training, offering first-level ERP support, and contributing to continuous improvement and HSE compliance efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on IT project implementation activities.

• Provide project documentation, user manuals, and training for project rollouts.

• Support IT-related projects, including technological analysis, solution implementation, administration, and maintenance.

• Assist in ERP-related issues as first-level support (training will be provided).

• Travel within the region as required.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives, including hazard/incident identification, risk assessments, and control measures.

• Ensure work activities align with HSE policy, objectives, and procedures, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

• Perform additional duties as reasonably required in support of business operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• ERP support experience is an advantage (training will be provided).

• Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
