As an AI and Innovation Lead within the APAC Digital & Platform Services Change team, you will drive the adoption and integration of advanced AI solutions and innovative technologies across APAC Markets Operations. You will shape the strategic vision for AI-driven transformation, partnering with program leads and operations teams to identify, design, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. You will introduce the latest AI models and industry trends, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of innovation. In this role, you will manage a team of developers, deliver measurable efficiency savings, and represent the firm at external industry events. You will also need to travel regularly to Malaysia and as required within APAC.
