Job summary
A leading technology company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Cloud DBA with strong AWS skills. The role focuses on managing AWS RDS databases, ensuring performance and compliance with ITIL practices. Candidates should have over 7 years of database administration experience and proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL technologies. Relevant AWS certifications are a must. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on cloud solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in database administration, with at least 3+ years in AWS.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management framework.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain AWS RDS databases and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure database performance, availability, and scalability through monitoring.
- Implement security controls and compliance aligned with cloud governance.
