Job summary
A logistics consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in document preparation and data entry. This full-time role requires working from Monday to Friday, with a salary ranging from $2,800 to $3,300. Interested applicants should contact our consultant directly.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
- Familiarity with shipping documents and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Data entry and filing of all shipping documents.
