A construction company in Singapore seeks a Construction Foreman to assist in managing site operations. The role involves supervising workers, developing work schedules, solving disputes, and ensuring safety compliance. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction foreman.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
- Supervise all construction workers and solve disputes.
- Inspect workers' safety gear to adhere to safety policies.
Skills
- To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
- Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickworks)
- Familiar with external works, etc.
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Supervise all construction workers
- Solve disputes between workers
- To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
- Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures.
