Job summary

A leading property management company in Singapore is seeking a Property Executive to support the Property Manager, supervise maintenance services, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Building/Facilities Management and familiarity with high-rise buildings. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Building/Facilities Management.
• Experience managing high-rise commercial and/or Government Buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in various tasks.

• Conduct regular audits of buildings and systems.
• Prepare submissions for work variations.
• Attend to service requests and feedback.
