Job summary
A leading offshore solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage the entire recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary between $2,500 and $6,000 monthly, with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process.
- Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package.
- Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates.
