Job Summary

Lead and perform civil and structural engineering design and analysis to deliver high-quality infrastructure and building projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulations and project standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural engineering analysis and design to develop safe and effective structural solutions for infrastructure and building projects
• Perform detailed design and provide technical input to maintain high-quality standards throughout project delivery
• Coordinate BIM activities in collaboration with the BIM team to enhance design integration and project efficiency
• Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion
• Conduct feasibility studies and engineering assessments to inform project planning and decision-making
• Prepare clear and thorough technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to verify design implementation and compliance with project requirements
• Manage design processes and contribute to the successful delivery of projects through proactive leadership and collaboration
• Attend project meetings, manage reporting, and address design-related matters with internal teams and external consultants
• Liaise effectively with engineers and consultant teams to facilitate smooth project coordination and problem resolution
