Job summary

A civil and structural engineering consultancy firm is seeking a Design Engineer to assist in the design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. The candidate should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least two years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm. Familiarity with design software and knowledge of local codes is preferred. The role offers a full-time position with flexible working hours, including work-from-home opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant working experience in C&S consultancy firm.
• Strong understanding of BCA submission process and local codes.
• Good attitude, willing to learn and able to work under tight timeline.

Responsibilities

• Carry out civil and structural design according to Singapore Standards and Eurocodes.
• Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, M&E consultants, and contractors.
