A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a QS Engineer to support M&E commercial office fit-out projects. Responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, managing resources, and ensuring quality control. Competitive salary range of $4000-$6000, with flexible working locations. Qualifications

- Able to attend site shows, visits, and provide clarifications.
- Skilled in manpower budgeting and resources monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals during tender stage.
- Study details, attend tender interviews and present proposals.
- Assist in establishing requirements and coordinate quality controls.
Skills
Our client is a one-stop solutions provider for all its clients’ engineering needs. Currently, they are looking for a few QS Engineer to support M&E commercial office fit-out project.
Salary range: $4000-$6000 (depends on experience)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm); Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)
Working Location: Loyang (Near to Pasir Ris) / Flexi working location
Prepare technical and commercial proposals during tender stage including bills of quantities, material quantity and taking off quantities; attend site show round, site visit, tender briefing, and seek clarifications with the respective client/ consultant if any
Study details and discuss with management, attend tender interviews including method statement, technical proposal presentation and tender clarification
Manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review and update
Prepare pricing of bill of quantity and re-measurement works
Assist in establishing a client\'s requirements and coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
