Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets based on the project’s scope and specifications.
- Analyze technical drawings and project requirements to provide accurate material take-offs and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from planned timelines, and provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and attend project meetings to support communication and alignment across all departments.
- Delegate tasks effectively, provide performance feedback to team members, and ensure resource optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective measures.
- Utilize planning and visualization tools such as Primavera P6, BIM (e.g., Revit), and animation software for schedule development and communication.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and BIM tools (e.g., Revit, visualization and animation software).
- Experience with 3D modeling and planning software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven planning and project management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
We offer a competitive salary and bonuses, and the role is based in the South. Working days are 5.5 days a week, and the salary is up to S$8,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
