A prominent chocolatier in Singapore is seeking a Barista cum Service Crew to prepare drinks and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include operating espresso machines, handling POS transactions, maintaining outlet cleanliness, and ensuring food safety compliance. Barista Duties
Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate beverages, and other drinks according to Mr Bucket standards
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and utensils
Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and beverage supplies
Service & Retail Duties
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Take customer orders accurately and handle POS/cashier transactions
Assist customers with product recommendations (chocolates, drinks, gifts)
Handle takeaway and dine-in orders efficiently
Support packing of chocolate products and gift items when required
Outlet Operations
Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies
General Responsibilities
Work well as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold Mr Bucket brand image and service standards at all times
Previous barista or F&B service experience preferred
Willing to learn and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
