Job Scope & Responsibilities

Barista Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate beverages, and other drinks according to Mr Bucket standards

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality

• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and utensils

• Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and beverage supplies

Service & Retail Duties

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Take customer orders accurately and handle POS/cashier transactions

• Assist customers with product recommendations (chocolates, drinks, gifts)

• Handle takeaway and dine-in orders efficiently

• Support packing of chocolate products and gift items when required

Outlet Operations

• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet

• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies

General Responsibilities

• Work well as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Uphold Mr Bucket brand image and service standards at all times
