Business Development Executive (Note: this is an Operation role)

The Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions, coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency, tracking, and future reference.
Continuously assess and evaluate project performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Implement proactive risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and safeguard project outcomes.
Drive value creation throughout the deal-making process, enhancing business viability and long-term returns.
Establish and refine operational processes and procedures to support the efficient functioning of the new business unit.
Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and execute tenders, strategic projects, and partnership opportunities.
Build and strengthen relationships with key partners to support business growth and operational excellence.
Develop and launch new products and services in line with Group directives and market demands.
Manage and nurture high-potential business units and brands, guiding them through growth and optimization phases.
Provide consistent, data-driven updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and critical developments.
The Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Executive or Operations Executive in any service industry.
Experience in Project Management is required.
Projects candidates will handle include CRM Systems, Service Excellence initiatives, Internal Staff Training, and Events Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences and contexts.
Skilled negotiator with sharp business acumen and a strategic mindset.
