Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Intermediate Business Analyst responsible in building the architecture of a powerful ecosystem boosting efficiency. Candidate would have the opportunity to challenge themselves to higher complexity tasks and landscapes while working with cross‑functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

  • Work with business user to draft and finalize requirements using Business Analysis best practices and engage stakeholders across Front‑to‑Back functions
  • Analyze, document existing business processes and operating models, and provide solutions aligning with target architecture considering specific future business needs.
  • Design solutions and write functional specifications and solutions in collaboration with technical IT specialists.
  • Write clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
  • Work closely with the technical development team in bridging the gap from translating functional to technical details.
  • Share domain expertise to help define a viable business solution, working with the key business sponsors.
  • Conduct requirements walkthroughs and support stakeholder sign‑offs.

Quality Analysis:

  • Ensure services delivered conforms with and contributes to the development of the business strategy.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing.
  • Ensure delivery of fully tested products/features on‑time and with quality up to production.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including preparing test strategy documents, test scripts and assisting business testers.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with various users’ groups and get them on board as interface services for various financial services.
  • Work daily with various stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to release readiness activities and post‑implementation checks.
  • Assist in preparing user documentation, training aids, and reference materials.
Qualifications and Profile
  • Holding a diploma/degree in accounting, finance or IT.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Experience in all phases of the IT system development life cycle like design, implementation, testing, deployment and support.
  • Good exposure to software engineering best practices
  • Experience working in Agile development methodology.
  • Hands‑on experience with BDD framework and UML.
  • Exposure to test automation frameworks and methodologies
  • Comfortable working with SQL database queries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
QA Technical Knowledge & Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies: functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing.
  • Experience writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and validating system workflows.
  • Ability to use SQL for basic data validation, record checking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API testing concepts, request/response verification, and integration behavior (hands‑on experience is a plus).
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ApacheJMeter, Xray)
  • Understanding of risk‑based testing and coverage analysis.
  • Ability to validate data mapping, field‑level logic, and system‑to‑system data flows.
General Skills and Mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Working knowledge of process modeling (BPMN/UML is a plus).
Advantages
