Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of corporate financing and syndicated lending platforms. The role combines strong business analysis, solution design, and quality assurance, working closely with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Diploma/degree in accounting, finance or IT;
• At least5 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst in banking or financial services;
• Strong knowledge of corporate & investment banking products (Loans, LC, Guarantees, Syndications, Trade Finance);
• Must have experience across full SDLC using Agile methodologies;
• Must have experience with BDD framework;
• Experience working with SQL database and QA methodologies;
• Familiarity with API testing, test automation, and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Xray);
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skill-set

• BA certifications (ECBA, CBAP, PBA).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and finalize requirements across front-to-back banking functions;
• Analyze current business processes and operating models; propose solutions aligned with target architecture and future business needs;
• Design functional solutions and prepare detailed functional specifications in collaboration with IT and development teams;
• Develop clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process workflows;
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating functional needs into actionable technical requirements;
• Conduct requirements walkthroughs, support stakeholder reviews, and obtain formal sign-offs;
• Provide domain expertise to support solution definition with key business sponsors;
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business strategy and quality standards;
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing;
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test strategy, test cases, and coordination with business testers;
• Ensure timely delivery of fully tested, production‑ready features;
• Validate data integrity, system workflows, and end‑to‑end business scenarios;
• Collaborate daily with developers, QA engineers, architects, and SMEs to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
