Job summary
A premier seafood restaurant is seeking an experienced individual in business development for their flagship outlet in Singapore. This role requires a diploma or higher in Hospitality or Marketing and at least three years of relevant experience in the F&B industry. Responsibilities include generating leads, identifying revenue opportunities, and crafting customized event proposals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a creative mindset. Join a dynamic team and help expand the brand in the competitive F&B market.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in business development or sales within the food and beverage industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Creative and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and opportunities by leveraging partners to increase revenue.
- Identify new revenue avenues such as corporate events and private dining.
- Work closely with guests to develop customized event proposals.
