The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, strong team leadership, and efficient, profitable operations. This role works closely with both front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to uphold Kotuwa’s service standards and brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain high standards of hospitality and service
  • Manage and train front‑of‑house staff, including scheduling and performance
  • Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and service flow
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements
  • Monitor sales, labour costs, and operational efficiency
  • Manage front‑of‑house inventory and supplier coordination
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and business growth
Job Requirement
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Experience in full‑service dining environments
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
