We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can write like a weapon, think like a strategist, and lead like a grown-up.
We’re AI-first, but not AI-dependent. Our philosophy: AI is kitchen appliances. It can elevate your cooking. It can speed up prep. It can help you plate faster. But you’re still the chef. If your fundamentals are weak, your sous vide machine won’t save you.
So we want someone who can use AI tools fluently - without sounding like a chatbot, without losing taste, and without outsourcing the thinking.
Concept like hell. Big platform ideas, sharp social, film, activations, integrated campaigns - the whole buffet.
Write like you mean it. Headlines, scripts, manifestos, toolkits, brand voice, UX microcopy, social that actually gets shared.
Turn briefs into direction. Find the human truth, frame the problem, sell the idea, defend the craft.
Be a standard-setter. You don’t just “do your part.” You raise the bar across the room.
Mentor juniors. Train the good to be great. Give feedback that makes work better, not longer.

5+ years in advertising / digital / social
A portfolio that shows original ideas + strong writing (not just pretty case films)
Strong conceptual skills across formats (campaigns, social, film, integrated)
Ability to lead projects and work with stakeholders without losing your soul
Comfort using AI tools in the workflow (prompting, ideation, rewrites, variants, testing tones)
Sense of humour is a must
