Job summary

A human resources consultancy in Singapore is looking for a part-time HR and Finance Support professional. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and checklists
  • Track employee leave, attendance, and benefits administration
  • Respond to routine HR-related queries from employees
Accounting & Finance Support
  • Assist in coordinating marketing activities and campaigns
  • Support content preparation for marketing materials (e.g. social media posts, EDMs, simple visuals)
  • Maintain and update marketing content calendars and assets
  • Coordinate with external vendors or internal teams on marketing-related tasks
  • Track basic marketing metrics and prepare simple reports
  • Support brand and marketing administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Prior HR/Finance experience preferred, but not mandatory. Training provided. Foreign nationalities welcome to apply.
