A leading project management firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years of post-graduate experience. The role involves managing a variety of projects and ensuring compliance with building codes. Familiarity with BIM and proficiency in Autocad, Revit, and Sketchup are essential. - Manage day-to-day running of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes.

The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-development, residential, healthcare, infrastructure etc.
- Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned.
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team.
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues.
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities\' requirements.
- Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 6 years post graduate experience
- Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
- Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
