Responsibilities
· Perform statutory and special audits (fieldwork, documentation of results)
· Prepare audited financial statements in accordance with SFRS
· Prepare tax computations in accordance with the Singapore Income Tax Act
· Assist to prepare an audit plan for an external audit
· Support Manager in audit planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting; prepare reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients
· Perform internal control reviews and special purpose auditing projects
· Effectively communicate any audit issues in a timely and organised manner
· Assist in completing any other assigned tasks
· Undertake specific stages of audit work under supervision by Audit Senior and Manager
· Assist to evaluate the audit evidence obtained and perform audit procedures to meet the objectives of external audit engagements
· Assist Manager in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of audit for SMEs and listed entities
Requirements
· Partial ACCA or degree holder.
· 3 to 4 years' relevant experience is preferred for audit senior
· Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
· Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy and working towards ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365
· Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
· Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
