Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Support Specialist to assist various teams with procurement processes, invoice tracking, and data analytics. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in tools such as PowerBI and SAP R3 MM Module. This position requires effective engagement with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Provide shared service procurement support for various teams.
- Work with various business functions to support operations.
- Track, review and process purchase requisitions and invoices.
- Collect and maintain data for weekly reports.
- Review purchase requisition information for consistency.
- Analyze and reconcile mismatch invoice information.
- Validate invoices against contract documents.
- Respond and close out queries from stakeholders and suppliers.

- Work with various business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Tax and others to support business operations.
- Track, review and process purchase requisitions and invoices.
- Collect and maintain data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools.
- Review purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance.
- Analyze and reconcile mismatch invoice information.
- Validate invoices against contract documents or purchase orders.
- Respond, manage and close out queries from stakeholders and suppliers.
- Effective written and verbal communications skill.
- Independent worker with ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Data analytics using data visualization tools PowerBI Desktop.
- Experience in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies.
