Job summary
A logistics company located in Singapore is looking for an HR & Accounts Officer to manage various administrative tasks including bookkeeping, payroll assistance, and company documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this entry-level position, with knowledge of Xero software being an advantage.

- Display initiative to resolve problems independently.
Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of the company's HR & Accounts work.
- Handle daily bookkeeping and cash flow monitoring.
- Assist with payroll and employee-related queries.

Overall in charge of the company's HR & Accounts Work and general day-to-day office administrative duties.
Report directly to the Director.
Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Verifying suppliers invoice, intercompany transaction
- Preparation of invoices, Purchase Order, Payment Voucher and Cheque Payment to Supplier
- Checking, verifying and processing expenses claimed by staffs(Petty Cash)
- Monitoring cash flow, and aging report
- Daily bookkeeping
- Monitor A / R & A / P
- Profit Balance Loss
- Xero software knowledge would be advantage
- Assist with foreign employee related queries
- Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters
- Assist with Payroll
- Arrangement of Employee Team Bonding Event
- Infotech knowledge would be advantage
- Handle company confidential documents
- General administrative duties
- Assist with marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram
- Proficient Microsoft Office(Word,Excel)
- Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
- Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently
