1. Prepare periodic variance analysis with business leaders, establishing the key metrics, reporting, and ad‑hoc reviews.
2. Work closely with finance team to substantiate variances between actual, rolling forecast and budgeted.
3. To involve in budget/5 Years Plan process, coordinating through various stakeholders and ensuring that the result is delivered within agreed timelines.
4. To perform any other duty as directed by line management.

Requirements

1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
2. FP&A related experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
4. Experience with Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and financial modeling.
