Assist Head, Commercials & Marketing with Business Development & Asset Management initiatives to drive Econ Healthcare’s and Orange Valley’s businesses and growth plans. Your responsibilities would include these key components:
1) Strategic Growth & Corporate Strategy
- Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities (eg: Assisted Living) within the aged care sector by building strong business cases (financial modelling, ROI evaluations)
- Contribute to formulation, review and implementation of a corporate strategy aligned with market trends, funding frameworks and sector transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase occupancy, diversify service offering (eg: value-added services such as TCM, Rehab) and strengthen organizational competitiveness
2) Asset & Portfolio Management
- Participate in government tenders to determine pricing and capacity for subsidized residents/clients
- Track and report business development performance metrics (occupancy, yield), forecasting trends and presenting insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to evaluate business cases, asset enhancement initiatives, and ensure commercial viability of initiatives
- Develop asset plans, lifecycle cost projections, and capital investment strategies to enhance asset value and operational efficiency
3) Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, government agencies, community organisations and referral partners
- Work with teams to develop partnership proposals and joint initiatives
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree (Business Management, Accountancy Healthcare Management or any equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in BDAM or corporate strategy
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and be comfortable with financial modelling with Excel and Power BI
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore’s community care service landscape, including regulatory frameworks and funding structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
