Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records

  • Handle payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

  • Support staff performance reviews and disciplinary matters

  • Handle HR-related queries professionally and confidentially

Accounting

  • Manage daily accounting entries and financial records

  • Prepare invoices, payments, and expense claims

  • Handle monthly payroll processing and CPF/statutory submissions

  • Assist in monthly financial reports and audits

  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external accountants

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2–5 years of relevant HR and accounting experience

  • Basic knowledge of payroll, employment regulations, and bookkeeping

  • Familiar with accounting or HR software

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
