A food manufacturing company based in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage HR and accounting processes including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with regulations. The successful candidate should have 2–5 years of experience and a diploma or degree in a related field. Strong communication skills and familiarity with HR or accounting software are essential. Human Resources
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Handle payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Support staff performance reviews and disciplinary matters
Handle HR-related queries professionally and confidentially
Accounting
Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
Prepare invoices, payments, and expense claims
Handle monthly payroll processing and CPF/statutory submissions
Assist in monthly financial reports and audits
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external accountants
Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of relevant HR and accounting experience
Basic knowledge of payroll, employment regulations, and bookkeeping
Familiar with accounting or HR software
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidential and trustworthy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
