Accounts Assistant
Core Responsibilities:
Handles daily AR (inclusive of credit control) and AP functions
Assist in data entry of receipts and supplier invoices in accounting system
Monitoring outstanding invoices with customers
Preparation of payment to suppliers and customers
Handle AR/AP reconciliation
Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any
Job Specifications:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
