A healthcare staffing agency is hiring a Patient Service Assistant for a 6-month temp role in Singapore. The assistant will support inpatient wards operations, including collecting payments, conducting financial counselling, and performing discharging procedures. Candidates must have at least an A Level qualification and work flexible hours, including shifts from 9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm, with no overnight shifts. Qualifications
- Must have A Level or equivalent.
- Ability to perform financial counselling.
- Skills in patient discharging procedures.
Responsabilités
- Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients.
- Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges.
- Perform discharging procedures for patients.
- Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients.
- Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
