Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will support manufacturing operations to meet business performance targets. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop a culture of operational excellence. Your responsibilities include manufacturing products to the required quality standards and deadlines, achieving capacity and efficiency targets, reducing cycle times, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. A key aspect of this role is driving continuous improvement within a manufacturing/engineering environment, achieving KPIs, and providing accurate reports to stakeholders.

• Adhere to and set an example for safety and quality regulations.
• Achieve production plans by scheduling personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and revising schedules as needed.
• Manage employee workload and break times to optimize output and reduce idle time.
• Design and implement schedules for Production Planning & Management.
• Monitor load versus capacity for each work center.
• Understand resources and materials planning.
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs), and implement corrective and preventive actions for reworks and scraps.
• Align preventive maintenance of machines to minimize operational disturbances.
• Plan manpower and resources based on production schedules.
• Manage output for both day and night shifts.
• Communicate and enforce shift performance expectations to ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Collaborate with management and team leaders to improve safety, minimize defects, and enhance efficiency.
• Report deviations, machine breakdowns, and quality issues to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Monitor consumables usage and manage replenishments.
• Lead incident investigations related to the shop floor.
• Identify training needs based on appraisals, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Manage and approve timecards in the Time Management system.
• Monitor job order variances and work order adherence.
• Maintain a high customer focus, respecting lead times and delivery deadlines.
• Achieve targeted revenue and profitability by aligning team efforts with forecasted plans.
• Ensure manpower and delivery performance meet customer requirements and targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience supervising manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, welding, and assembly/testing of API6A products.
• 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing.
• Skills in time management, Microsoft Office, and manpower capacity planning.
