Job summary
A leading automotive company is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager in Riyadh to oversee all aspects of aftersales service operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in the automotive industry. Responsibilities include guiding 4S store operations, handling customer complaints, conducting audits, and drafting policy specific for the KSA market. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in the automobile industry and 4S store.
- 3-5 years of 4S store service experience.
- Proficient in the use of office software.
Responsibilities
- Oversee after-sales operation guidance of dealers.
- Ensure communication and policy implementation in aftersales.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up on resolutions.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual audits of dealers.
- Draft after-sales policy for the KSA market.
Skills
The Regional Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of BYD KSA's aftersales service operations, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, parts and accessories management, warranty claims, and service network development. This key position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
