Job summary

Müller\'s Solutions in Jeddah seeks an experienced SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using Proaxia Automotive Solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years in SAP Automotive/Aftersales, strong Proaxia experience, and deep knowledge of workshop management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Automotive/Aftersales consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Proaxia Automotive Solution, especially Aftersales.
• Strong understanding of automotive aftersales processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions.
• Analyze business requirements related to automotive aftersales operations.
• Configure and support processes including: service & workshop management, vehicle/service orders, parts management, warranty and claims, service contracts, dealer and customer service processes, pricing and billing.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using Proaxia Automotive Solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate aftersales requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions.
• Analyze business requirements related to automotive aftersales operations.
• Configure and support processes including:
  • Service & workshop management
  • Vehicle/service orders
  • Parts management
  • Warranty and claims
  • Service contracts
  • Dealer and customer service processes
  • Pricing and billing
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Support integration between Proaxia and other SAP modules/systems.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration and cutover activities where required.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct training for business users.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and other SAP functional consultants

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Automotive / Aftersales consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Proaxia Automotive Solution, particularly Aftersales.
• Good understanding of automotive aftersales business processes.
• Experience in implementing or supporting:
  • Workshop/service management
  • Spare parts
  • Warranty management
  • Service orders
  • Customer/dealer processes
  • Billing and pricing
• Strong SAP integration knowledge, particularly with relevant SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in automotive OEM, distributor, or dealer environments.
• Proaxia implementation/project experience.
• SAP certification is an advantage.
• Experience working on S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.
• Experience in the GCC/Saudi market is a plus
• Automotive industry experience is preferred, particularly within automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or aftersales/service operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive aftersales processes, including workshop/service management, spare parts, warranty, service contracts, and dealer operations
