Job summary

Müller\'s Solutions in Jeddah seeks an experienced SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using Proaxia Automotive Solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years in SAP Automotive/Aftersales, strong Proaxia experience, and deep knowledge of workshop management,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SAP Automotive/Aftersales consulting.
Hands-on experience with Proaxia Automotive Solution, especially Aftersales.
Strong understanding of automotive aftersales processes.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions.
Analyze business requirements related to automotive aftersales operations.
Configure and support processes including: service & workshop management, vehicle/service orders, parts management, warranty and claims, service contracts, dealer and customer service processes, pricing and billing.
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
